Dr Fiona Sanderson

Senior Conservation Scientist on International Agriculture, RSPB

I have worked in the International Section of Conservation Science at RSPB since gaining a PhD in Animal Ecology. My research interests include the impact of agricultural change and management on biodiversity, the effectiveness of conservation policy interventions, and how such policy interventions can be modified in order to improve conservation outcomes. I also have an interest in how landscapes can be managed for the benefit of both biodiversity and livelihoods, through interventions such as eco-certification and UN-REDD+ schemes.
