Hear from some of the researchers involved in developing and using Tessera, an Earth Observation foundation model that makes remote sensing approaches far more accessible to conservation scientists.
The talk will provide an ecologist-friendly introduction to Tessera, cover live demonstrations and then give practical examples of how it's already being used, including studies using fire mapping, UK habitat and crop tracking, and a new system for mapping South American habitats.
