Workflow management systems for reproducible analytical pipelines

In today’s world of big data, it is essential to create reproducible, scalable workflows. One tool designed to achieve this goal is Nextflow. Nextflow manages heavy computational tasks using modules that can be built into large, reproducible pipelines. In this coding club session, we will unpack how nextflow works, run an example pipeline, and discuss how it can be applied to your work.
