Anthropology and Conservation – Virtual Conference Livestream in DAB

CCI has co-organised a major upcoming Royal Anthropological Institute conference on Anthropology and Conservation. The aim of the conference is simple: it is increasingly recognised that conservation can only be properly achieved with Indigenous Peoples, in full recognition of their rights. It is therefore urgent to develop cross-disciplinary understanding not just of conservation, but also of the way that conservation and people go together.
To make it easy for DAB based CCI staff to watch conference sessions, we will be setting up a live-stream each day of the conference in room Gecko. Those attending will be able to tune in to the live-stream session of their choice, without having to pay a registration fee.
