The Cambridge Master of Accounting degree programme is designed to help students facilitate global change leadership. To support this curriculum, the faculty and students are pleased to host Duncan Green, Senior Strategic Adviser at Oxfam GB and Professor in International Development at the London School of Economics, for a discussion of how to manage social, environmental, business and policy change initiatives.
The talk should provide insights about how power is distributed in shared ecosystems, how sources of power are often hidden, and how successful change practice leverages deeper understanding of power dynamics.
