We are delighted to share your CCI Strategy 2021–2030 with you.
As part of the CCI community you have been part of the process of internal and external consultation to guide this document and to identify the steps that are needed to deliver our collective mission. You have been instrumental in this. Thank you for your time and dedication to the completion of this Strategy during this past 18 months and in such unusual times.
This strategy is something of which we can all be very proud. However it is the next phase where the real work begins! A strategy is nothing without a plan for its implementation – so I am writing to ask you to shape the creation of the Implementation Plans that will enable us to achieve our shared vision over the coming decade.
You are warmly invited to join us for a series of CCI community seminars to launch the Strategy:

We look forward to engaging with you to develop the next steps for implementation in our four priority areas. Please look at each of the priority areas and decide where you would most like to contribute. Everyone, at every career stage and in every part of our diverse community is important to this process.
For the CCI Strategy Implementation Plans to succeed, we need all voices, and specifically your ambitions for the future of CCI. This next decade is about new ideas, creative thinking, collective efforts and a focus on creating a diverse world in which nature and society thrive.
