Victoria is a PhD Candidate with the Centre for Environment, Energy & Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG) in the Department of Land Economy. Her research focuses on how policy influences the decisions of decentralized energy companies, particularly the impact of rural electrification policy on off grid solar enterprises in India. Her broader interests include renewable energy, energy policy, energy in developing countries, and power sector reform.
