Research

My research investigates the implementation of different strategies for reconciling agricultural production and biodiversity conservation. Through choice experiments and other stated preference methods, I will examine farmers' willingness to participate in different hypothetical agri-environment schemes. My research will specifically compare farmers' attitudes towards farming in a land-sparing vs land-sharing manner, in the UK and elsewhere in Europe.
