Biography
My research explores the social, cultural and political dimensions of human-carnivore conflicts, with a specific focus on wolves and farmers in Italy. I’m also interested in the perspectives and power dynamics surrounding the use of lethal removal in conservation, and in evaluating who are the winners and the losers when different wildlife management approaches are adopted.
Research
Political ecology, large carnivores, conservation values and conflicts.
